Rabbi Yishmael

Rabbi Yishmael was a third generation tana who is often found arguing with Rabbi Akiva. He was grandson of Rabbi Yishmael ben Elisha Kohen Gadol.

Rabbi Yishmael is buried in village of Parod. There is a disagreement between Gabbi and Kadmonanue where the exact location is. It appears that Kadmonanue is correct in this instance.
