Rabbi Dovid Shlomo Eibeschitz was the Av Bais Din of Sarka. In 1809 he moved to Israel, settling in Tzfas. He authored the 'Arvey Nachal', a commentary on the Torah and the 'Levushay Srad' on the Shulchan Aruch. Rabbi Dovid Shlomo Eibeschitz passed away in 1814 on the 22nd of Cheshvon and was buried in the Tzfat cemetery.
