Raba bar Rav Huna was a third generation Babylonian Amora and son of Rav Huna, the head of the Academy of Sura.

Raba bar Rav Huna is buried in Mearos Habavlim in Alama along with Rav Hamnuna the Amora. There is a controversy between Yisroel Meir Gabai and Kadmonanue about the exact location of this cave.
