Lamentation for the destruction of the Temple recited in middle of the night by Jews. Tikkun Chatzot is very stressed in amongst Breslov Hasidim and is recommended by Rebbe Nachman even for simple laymen.

Rabbi Yisroel Odesser recommended waking up and lighting a candle for those that are two weak to recite the entire Tikkun.
