Yehoshua bin Nun was the main student of Moshe Rabbenu. In merit of his triumph in the 'Test of the Spies' he was one of the two survivors of the 'Generation of the Desert' to enter the Land of Yisroel at age 82. This time leading the conquest as the new leader of the nation.
