The Tzfat Gallery offers visitors a wide range of Israeli and Tzfat art. Visitors can browse through the collection to find a piece that fits almost any taste and pocketbook.

== Background ==
Chani and Uri Porat were among the first Tzfat residents to open an art gallery on [[Art Gallery Street|Yosef Caro Street]] in the [[Old City Safed|Old Jewish Quarter of Safed]]. The building was built hundreds of years ago and its stone archways and arched windows highlight the traditional and modern artwork displayed in the gallery.  

=== Judaica ===
The Tzfat Gallery represents the work of a number of Israeli Judaica artists and craftspeople who work in a variety of mediums. Anat Mayer creates cushions, tablecloths and runners from fine linens and makes wood and metal Judaica from metal and wood using Biblical and Land-of- Israel motifs. Many of her works employ Swarovski crystal combined with semi-precious stones in pieces which represent the Seven Species of the Land of Israel. The hand-crafted Judaica and jewelry of the Caesarea studio employ stone and glass in their wood and silverwork which places shards of Roman glass as the centerpiece of each item.

Many different jewelry craftsmen are represented at the Tzfat Gallery. These include jewelers who work in gold, silver and other metals as well as well as well as those who include stones such as diamonds, roman glass and crystals. Jewelry artists represented at the Tzfat Gallery include the Seeka Studio and the Yossi Cohen jewelers.

The Tzfat Gallery displays a wide range of oil, acrylic and watercolor paintings. Tzfat Gallery exhibits paintings with Jewish themes such as the works of Gendelman, modern paintings by Sabina, Levi Dorit and Galina Didur and landscapes by Oliver Cohen and Elka.

=== Sculptures ===
The Tzfat Gallery opened an annex in 2009 and display a variety of different types of sculptures. The Tzfat Gallery represents Israeli sculptors including Shlomi Haziza’s modern sculptures, Boris Kramer’s metal sculptures and the whimsical colorful Judaica of sculptor Dan Shamir.
