Rabbi Moshe Cordovero wrote a number of well know books of Kabbalah including the Pardes Rimonim and Tomar Devora. He is buried in the old Tzfas cemetery. Right above him and slightly to the right is the Arizal, a little above that is Rabbi Elazar Azkari.
